Responsibilities include IPS-driven job development, counseling on benefits, and collaboration with a mental health treatment team to build individualized employment

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience.
• Excellent organization and computer skills.
• Experience with mental health programs preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify consumers using the IPS model and assess preferences.
• Conduct at least six in-person employer contacts weekly.
• Engage employers to identify opportunities and coordinate interviews.
• Develop employment plans with input from the mental health team.
• Spend 65%+ of time in the community.
• Provide benefits counseling to clients.
