Job summary

Caring Hands In-Home Care is seeking a dependable RN or LPN to provide in-home nursing across Perryville and surrounding Southeast Missouri communities. You will manage a caseload of ~23 clients, perform skilled assessments, administer medications, and coordinate with families and physicians.

Flexible scheduling with weekly, biweekly and monthly visits; independent work environment and supportive leadership.

Community-Based Nursing | Southeast Missouri

Caring Hands In-Home Care is seeking a dependable, compassionate RN or LPN to provide in-home nursing services to clients throughout Perryville and surrounding Southeast Missouri communities.

This position offers an established caseload with consistent, recurring visits and the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with clients while providing individualized care in their homes.

Position Overview

Location: Perryville, Farmington, Park Hills, Jackson, Ste. Genevieve, St. Mary, and surrounding communities

Schedule: Flexible scheduling with established weekly, biweekly, and monthly visits

Caseload: Approximately 23 established clients

Setting: One-on-one nursing care in clients' homes

Responsibilities

Perform skilled nursing assessments and routine monitoring.

Provide medication management and medication setup services as ordered.

Monitor vital signs, assess changes in condition, and communicate concerns appropriately.

Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation.

Coordinate with clients, families, physicians, and the nursing management team.

Qualifications

Active Missouri RN or LPN license in good standing.

Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage an established community-based caseload.

Dependable transportation and willingness to travel between client homes.

Previous home health, community nursing, or medication management experience preferred.
