National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) in Franklin County, Ohio seeks a full-time Community Based Therapist to join the IHBT Team. The role focuses on delivering community-based mental health services, case management, and crisis support to youth and families.

Compensation starts at $63,000 with a productivity bonus; a $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered. The program emphasizes flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field from an accredited institution.
• 2 years of work experience in direct service with youth and families preferred.
• Valid advanced professional license as required by state or contract regulations.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, insurance, and good driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible/non-traditional hours in service of families and youth.
• Ability to work with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
• Proficient use of computers and standard software.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, group, and family mental health services and case management.
• Travels daily to deliver community based services to youth and families.
• Completes all required documentation in a timely manner.
• Maintains productivity thresholds and participates in on-call crisis support.
• Coordinates services across health, education, and social needs.
• Reviews and updates youth plans to ensure progress and stability.
• Engages with foster families and supports family reunification where possible.
