Job summary

BJC Behavioral Health in St. Louis seeks a Clinical Case Manager to provide in-home crisis-based therapy, family therapy, and behavioral interventions across families, youth, and young adults. The role requires full MO licensure, MO-licensed clinicians travel across city/county with a 40-hour week.

The position is full-time with day shift hours and flexible evenings, on-call coverage, and collaboration with a case management team to coordinate services and document notes.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work required.
• Licensed in MO (LCSW or LPC) or provisionally licensed (PLPC, LMSW) required.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred (5–10 years also noted).
• Willingness to travel across St. Louis City and County to meet clients in homes.

Responsibilities

• Authorize, coordinate, monitor, and adjust services with contract providers.
• Identify and maintain relationships with a wide range of community resources.
• Ensure follow-through with appointments and client engagement.
