Job summary

The University of Texas at Arlington is seeking a Program Manager, Community Based Care to lead recruitment, data collection and analysis for the Community Based Care Collaborative at UTA, part of the Child Welfare Research Center. This role reports to the Director and oversees day‑to‑day operations and rollout across Texas.

The position requires strong organizational and collaborative skills, experience with interviews/focus groups, and coordinating activities across regions with some travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field with 2 years of project management experience or 6 years equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with the Texas child welfare system.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and focus groups with stakeholders.
• Assist with qualitative data analysis of transcripts.
• Coordinate recruitment of research participants in Texas regions 3E and 3W.
• Attend weekly meetings with internal and external teams.
