Job summary

GRO Clinical Services seeks a Therapist (Licensed Behavioral Health Professional) to provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based behavioral health services across offices, homes, schools, and community settings.

You will collaborate with QMHS and psychiatric providers to ensure medically necessary, person-centered care, while maintaining licensure, documentation, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Current Ohio licensure in good standing as an LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, or IMFT; supervision maintained as required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Medicaid credentialing.
• Valid driver's license and transportation.
• Successful completion of required background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments.
• Complete Ohio CANS/IM+CANS assessments and maintain certification.
• Formulate and document clinically supported diagnoses.
• Determine medical necessity and level of care for behavioral health services.
• Complete accurate documentation consistent with requirements.
• Develop individualized, measurable treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Coordinate care with QMHS, psychiatric providers, schools, families, and community partners.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings.
• Assist with referrals and linkage to community resources.
