No more evenings and long weekends! We are looking for a Community Banking Teller to join the team full time. This role provides excellent customer service and knowledge of products and services, ensuring transaction accuracy, adhering to security, risk management and compliance standards, and balancing the cash drawer. Community Banking Tellers contribute to company success by building relationships, adding value to customer experience, participating in branch activities, and supporting a team culture aligned with company values, goals, and initiatives.
Full time hourly position. Typical schedule of Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm, periodic Saturday coverage 9am – 12pm. On-site at the Grand Branch location, with flexibility to provide coverage at other locations as requested. Compensation starting range potential from $20-$21 per hour based on qualifications and experience level.
Qualifications: Minimum of one-year relevant work experience, such as prior teller role or cash handling/processing responsibilities, face to face and phone customer service, use of computer programs for daily accountabilities and communications, experience with Office 365. Ability to follow policies, procedures, and processes, as defined by management. Demonstrated strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, exceptional customer service abilities, using technologies provided. High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary coursework completed or in progress.
Job Requirements: On site standard office environment requiring ability to sit, stand, see, read, write, use computer, use phone, light lifting, attend meetings, interact with employees and customers in person, phone, video and/or electronic methods, occasional travel to other branch locations for coverage requests, training, or meetings.
