Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with cash handling experience.
• Minimum of one year bank teller experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and serves customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Identify, develop, expand, and manage consumer and business account relationships.
• Identify customers with additional profit potential and develop action plans to expand these relationships.
• Addresses customer questions and concerns; refer to internal resources for resolution.
• Participate in ongoing training and assist with daily branch operations including cash handling.
• Develop knowledge of bank systems and perform teller transactions and platform duties.
• Process routine and complex transactions including account openings, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and transfers.
• Travel to other locations/branches within the region and adapt to schedule changes including evenings and weekends.
• Maintain awareness of fraud alerts and new products/services, and support compliance with policies.
