Job summary

Associated Bank is seeking an Associate Banker to serve customers and support branch operations across locations. You will open accounts, process transactions, cross-sell deposits and lending products, and help deepen customer relationships with a focus on service quality.

Requires 2–4 years of customer-facing sales experience and a high school diploma; background checks and regulatory compliance are part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of customer-facing sales and/or service experience.
• 2-5 years working in a sales and goals based environment with strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Recommend bank products to new and existing customers, following the sales process.
• Open deposit and loan accounts, verify and process changes to existing accounts, answer customer questions.
• Assist in teller operations and processing of customer transactions; support branch management and cross-sell opportunities.
