Katahdin Trust Company in Ashland seeks a Community Banker II to deliver outstanding customer service, support daily banking needs, and contribute to the growth of the Ashland branch. You will learn the full range of transactional duties, banking products, and use bank software while assisting lenders.

Ideal candidates will be dependable, team-oriented, with a clean background; prior banking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible and work well in a team environment.
• Fully computer literate.
• Prior banking experience preferred.
• A clean criminal background history and satisfactory to Bank standards credit report are required.

Responsabilités

• Learning the complete line of transactional duties.
• Performing a wide variety of customer service functions.
• Learning the Banks products and services offered.
• Learning and using all applicable bank software.
• Providing loan assistance to lenders and/or Operations assistance as needed.
• Display a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for establishing, growing, and retaining customer relationships as well as developing and fostering branch growth.
