We are currently accepting applications for a: Community Banker I, Patten, Oakfield, Island Falls

This position is eligible for a base hourly rate of $16.80 to $24.35 per hour. Placement within the range is determined by factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.

Responsibilities include:

• Learning the complete line of transactional duties
• Performing a wide variety of customer service functions
• Learning the Bank’s products and services offered
• Learning and using all applicable bank software
• Display a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
• Responsible for establishing, growing, and retaining customer relationships as well as developing and fostering branch growth

Qualifications include:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Flexible and work well in a team environment
• Fully computer literate
• Prior banking experience preferred
• A clean criminal background history and satisfactory to Bank standards credit report are required
