Job summary

First State Community Bank in Missouri seeks a Community Banker who delivers outstanding customer service and builds lasting relationships with customers. You will process transactions, open accounts, and educate clients on FSCB products to help them reach financial goals.

The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow. Teller/cash handling experience and weekend availability are desirable; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer-focused professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Teller/cash handling experience is desirable; sales experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with computers and basic math/accounting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service during every customer interaction and process transactions accurately.
• Open new accounts and help customers find solutions that fit their needs.
• Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers and educate on products.
