Job summary

Bank of Oak Ridge is seeking a seasoned Client Service Representative to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify financial needs, and develop tailored solutions.

You will handle teller transactions, open new accounts, and respond to inquiries while ensuring compliance with BSA/AML rules. Occasional travel to other branches and Saturday shifts are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum education level of HS diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience relative to the job.
• Financial services industry experience preferred.
• Prior experience in a lending role preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Detail oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
• Team player with positive, professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, etc.
• Open new accounts.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding deposit, credit and other products or services. Actively listen to client concerns, research to find a solution and execute.
• Perform other complex financial services transactions as needed.
• Occasionally travel to different branch locations for onsite coverage.
• Serve as Client Connect / ITM Representative on the Saturday shift rotation.
• Comply with Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering federal regulations and guidelines, internal bank policies, and complete annual training requirements.
