This role supports multiple branches in Anne Arundel County, with training at Pasadena and Glen Burnie locations, and then home-branch assignment. The position requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year of cash handling, and strong math and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cash handling experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong math ability and attention to detail.
• Proficient with PC software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Disburse money orders and cashier checks; open and fund new accounts.
• Cross-sell bank services and refer opportunities to business partners.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/OFAC/CIP and banking regulations; complete training.
