Job description

CID Consortium, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Community Association Manager or Manager Trainee to join our team in Roseville, CA. This position can be part-time or full-time, with the option to work in a hybrid capacity or fully in-office at our Roseville location.

In this role, you will support the operations and governance of homeowner associations in the Greater Sacramento Area. We welcome both experienced candidates and those new to the field—we’re happy to train the right individual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to homeowner inquiries and provide helpful guidance

  • Support compliance with community rules and association policies

  • Coordinate and facilitate board meetings, often held via Zoom

  • Engage and manage vendors for maintenance and service tasks

  • Collaborate with board members, vendors, and homeowners professionally

  • Perform various administrative duties and maintain accurate documentation

  • Conduct occasional site visits as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Excellent customer service abilities and interpersonal skills

  • Effective verbal and written communication

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Willingness to learn and take initiative—training is provided

  • Background in hospitality or other client-facing roles is a plus

  • A sense of humor and a can-do attitude
