FirstService Residential is seeking a Community Association Manager to oversee on-site operations and coordinate with departments, board members, and regional directors to ensure high-quality service and timely project completion.
The role requires 3+ years in property operations or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree in business, and Florida CAM certification. It offers a comprehensive benefits package, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a salary range of $75,000–$80,000.
Job Overview: As a Community Association Manager, you’ll be responsible for the leading our entire on-site operation. They effectively manage working relationships with all departments across the property in order to ensure that company objectives are met. Our Community Association Managers partner with Regional Directors and their respective Board of Directors to implement projects, overcome challenges, and provide quality service to our customers.
Directly or indirectly supervise associates within the assigned property.
As a full-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, and vision. In addition, you will be eligible for time off benefits, paid holidays, and a 401k with company match. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually
