RTI/Community Management Associates, “CMA” is expanding in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and looking for a passionate Community Association Manager. This role requires servant leadership to help build and maintain strong communities, managing operations and finances for client associations.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills alongside a strong customer service orientation. Compensation is competitive, inclusive of full benefits like medical and 401K.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, customer service, organizational and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide servant leadership to client owner associations.
• Administer communications, operations, maintenance and financial management for associations.
• Enforce community rules and regulations, conduct inspections, and manage vendor relations.
