Community Association Manager (LCAM required)

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Community Association Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience working with Condominium Associations and resident interaction. Responsibilities include managing community operations and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication, administrative, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for residents and community members, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry and file management, ensuring all documentation is current.
  • Collaborate with the Board to ensure daily responsibilities are fulfilled.
  • Utilize property management software for tracking work orders and managing owner information.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills while interacting with residents, vendors, and board members.
  • Conduct property inspections and supervise on-site personnel.
  • Coordinate community area maintenance and safety standards.
  • Procure bids and oversee vendors within the community's budget.
  • Address residents' needs, prepare correspondence, and enforce community rules.

Requirements

  • Licensed CAM with proven condominium property management experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
  • Familiarity with property management software like Enumerate is a plus.
  • Knowledge of legal administrative processes related to property management is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage conflicts professionally.
  • Exceptional customer service skills to enhance resident satisfaction.
