The opportunity

As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across various industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will handle all administrative and support needs for your customers, enabling them to focus on running their businesses.

A typical day at IWG

You arrive a few minutes before opening to ensure everything is ready. Throughout the morning, you assist customers with WiFi codes, packages, directions, and setting up equipment. You also handle calls, ensure accurate invoicing, and take short breaks to relax.

The mail arrives, and you sort it while managing other customer requests. During lunch, you continue to support customers with printing, invoices, and resolving issues like temperature complaints by opening service tickets.

In the afternoon, you collaborate with the Community Manager on upcoming events, prepare invitations, and promote the space to prospects. You also help tidy up the center and prepare it for the next day’s activities.

About You

We seek someone who can manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service. You should be:

  • A good communicator capable of building strong relationships and empathizing with clients (ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to change
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic IT equipment
  • Legally eligible to work in the country you’re applying from and at least 18 years old
