The opportunity

As a Community Associate, you will work closely with new and existing customers across various industries to create and maintain a community within your center, managing administrative and support needs so your customers can focus on their businesses.

A typical day at IWG

You arrive before opening to prepare the center. Throughout the day, you assist customers with WiFi, packages, directions, setting up meeting rooms, and other requests, ensuring services are properly charged. You take breaks, sort mail, and handle multiple customer requests. You also plan and organize networking events, promote the community, and ensure the center is tidy at day's end.

About you

We're looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service. You should be:

  • A good communicator, able to build relationships and empathize (ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)
