As a Community Associate, you'll work closely with new and existing customers across various industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will handle all administrative and support needs for your customers, enabling them to focus on their business.
You arrive before the center opens to ensure everything is ready and check for any missed tasks from cleaning staff.
Customers arrive throughout the day. You assist with WiFi issues, package arrivals, directions, setting up projectors, and other customer requests. You also handle billing, emails, and coordinate services.
Enjoy breaks to relax and recharge.
The mail arrives, and you sort it while managing ongoing customer requests. Lunch follows.
In the afternoon, you help with printing, invoicing, and address issues like temperature complaints by opening service tickets.
You also meet with the Community Manager to plan upcoming events, send invites, and promote community engagement.
As the day ends, you help wrap up meetings, recommend nearby restaurants, and ensure the space is tidy before leaving.
