Reporting to the Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating a warm, professional, and service-driven environment that helps members feel valued, connected, and positioned for success. You will support the Fulton Market Workbox location.

Your Role & Responsibilities
Member Experience & Community Engagement

· Be the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring every interaction is warm, personalized, and professional.

· Learn members' names, businesses, and goals, creating opportunities for curated connections that drive growth.

· Proactively identify ways to support member success through thoughtful gestures, networking introductions, and community-driven experiences.

· Support and execute member events and programming that enhance engagement and add value.

· Ensure all members feel heard and supported by promptly addressing inquiries and providing tailored solutions.

· Champion Workbox's culture of belonging by celebrating member wins, milestones, and contributions.

Front Desk, Operations & Facility Upkeep

· Maintain the overall cleanliness and presentation of the space, including:

o Daily floor checks to ensure all common areas remain tidy and well-stocked.

o Sweep and mop floors daily in common areas, kitchens, and bathrooms to maintain a clean and professional workspace.

o Managing garbage disposal and ensuring waste bins are emptied regularly.

o Clean and maintain kitchen areas, including wiping down counters, sinks, and appliances, restocking supplies, and ensuring trash and recycling are properly managed.

o Perform routine bathroom cleaning, including wiping down surfaces, restocking essentials, emptying trash, and ensuring overall cleanliness. Report any maintenance issues as needed.

· Maintain a welcoming and professional front desk environment, ensuring smooth daily operations.

· Handle guest check-ins, workspace tours, and inquiries while ensuring compliance with visitor policies.

· Monitor and manage building logistics such as mail distribution, office supplies, and workspace organization.

· Assist in coordinating member move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a seamless experience.

· Provide light technical support for in-space amenities such as automated coffee machines, AV equipment, and booking platforms.

· Act as a liaison between members and the operations team, escalating facility-related concerns as needed.

Service, Hospitality & Workbox Standards

· Anticipate member needs before they arise, delivering proactive, thoughtful service.

· Maintain the Workbox standard of hospitality by ensuring shared spaces are organized, welcoming, and fully operational.

· Be a brand ambassador by embodying Workbox’s commitment to genuine attentiveness, transformative experiences, and authentic relationships.

· Ensure the environment remains clean, professional, and conducive to productivity throughout the day.

Growth & Business Impact

· Encourage members to leverage Workbox resources, accelerator programs, and partnerships to advance their businesses.

· Identify opportunities to introduce Workbox offerings that enhance member success and retention.

· Collaborate with the Community Manager and leadership team to continuously improve the member experience.
