The role involves coordinating the cost-effective resolution of relevant matters by gathering information and serving as a contact point for impacted individuals. Work varies in difficulty and responsibility and is performed under supervision by legal staff and attorneys. Responsibilities include:
1. High school diploma or equivalent plus three years of community work or related activities, or
2. Equivalent education and/or experience.
