Assist and support the leasing team in achieving occupancy and retention goals by performing administrative tasks related to leasing, marketing, and customer service at the community.

Community Assistants work with and support the leasing professionals to meet occupancy and retention objectives through administrative tasks related to leasing, marketing, and customer service at the community.

Additional Compensation:

Factors influencing employee pay within the posted range include business requirements, prior experience, current skills, and geographical location.

  • Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible for quarterly or annual bonuses based on individual and company performance.

  • Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible for weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
