The Pennant Group, Inc. seeks an experienced Community Administrator to lead Harbor View Assisted Living, Meadow View Assisted Living, and Scandinavian Court Assisted Living in Manitowoc, WI.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, championing resident-centered care, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing budgets, and building high-performing teams to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

Qualifications

  • Active Assisted Living/Community Administrator License strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Gerontology, Nursing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, healthcare, hospitality, or related service industry.
  • Demonstrated success managing operations, budgets, staffing, compliance, and resident satisfaction.
  • Preferred Certifications: Standard Precautions, Fire Safety, First Aid & Choking, Medication Administration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Community Operations and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure exceptional care and service.
  • Develop and support department leaders to achieve operational, clinical, and financial goals.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, engagement, and service excellence.
  • Serve as primary leadership point for residents, families, employees, vendors, and regulators.
  • Drive improvements based on resident feedback and quality outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; lead survey and licensing readiness.
  • Monitor occupancy, budges, revenue, and expenses; partner with sales/marketing for growth.
  • Recruit, hire, coach, and retain talented staff; ensure training and continuing education.
