We are seeking a motivated and community-focused Community Activities Coordinator to support our marketing and business development efforts. This role is responsible for organizing community outreach activities, coordinating events, maintaining marketing materials, and promoting the agency's services throughout the community. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and passionate about building relationships and representing our organization with professionalism and excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• - Host and coordinate community outreach activities and events.
• - Assist the VP of Business Development and Community Education team with special projects.
• - Organize and coordinate health fairs, job fairs, open houses, and other community events.
• - Provide support for marketing and public relations initiatives.
• - Represent the agency at community events and networking opportunities.
• - Prepare thank-you notes, letters, memos, flyers, and other communications as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• - High School Diploma or GED required.
• - CNA certification preferred.
• - Minimum one year of related experience in marketing, community outreach, event coordination, healthcare, or a similar field.
• - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• - Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• - Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• - Creative mindset with the ability to support community engagement and marketing initiatives.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• - Combination of office and community-based work.
• - Frequent interaction with staff, community partners, and event attendees.
• - Frequent interruptions via phone, email, and in-person communication.
• - Occasional lifting, carrying, and transporting event materials.
