This position requires extensive client interaction and the ability to bridge communication gaps between the client, facilities management (FM), safety teams, and internal leadership.

What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as a bridge for communication between facilities management and safety teams to ensure operational continuity.

  • Act as a client-facing representative, providing regular updates and facilitating transparent communication between the client and internal teams.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients regarding account statistics, project outcomes, and performance metrics.

  • Collaborate with management and communication teams to translate project objectives into clear, effective messaging.

  • Facilitate meetings with hiring managers to review reporting requirements and account performance.

  • Oversee the end-to-end new hire onboarding process, serving as the primary guide for incoming employees.

  • Manage equipment provisioning, including ordering laptops, uniforms, and essential onboarding tools.

  • Coordinate schedules and requirements across hiring managers, HR, and safety managers.

  • Draft, edit, and distribute internal communications, including email memos, newsletters, and presentation decks.

  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, communication best practices, and innovative delivery techniques.

  • Apply standard principles and procedures to solve routine communication challenges and support project execution.

  • Compile, analyze, and disseminate operational reports to leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Support management with administrative needs and ad hoc project requirements as assigned.

What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
