Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Communications Specialist to join their team. As a Communications Specialist, you will be part of the Corporate Communications Department supporting internal communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong writing skills, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Communications Specialist
Location: Remote (within US, EST or PST hours)
Pay Range: $45 - $49/hr on W2
Develop, write, and edit high-quality internal content that reflects corporate tone, voice, and priorities.
Support internal strategic communications plans across platforms such as email, SharePoint, Teams, and Viva Engage.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to craft timely, effective internal communications.
Manage multiple concurrent communication workstreams and projects, ensuring timely and coordinated execution.
Translate complex topics into clear, compelling content that resonates with diverse internal audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications, preferably within the tech industry.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong portfolio of content.
Proven ability to build and execute internal communications strategies and plans.
Proficiency managing SharePoint intranet content and structure, and strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products.
