Job summary

Broward Health North in Florida is seeking a Communications Assistant to operate the hospital's multiline telephone system, routing all calls accurately and swiftly to the correct departments. The role requires attentiveness and customer service excellence.

The position also monitors emergency alarms, conducts overhead/digital paging, and activates the emergency notification system when directed. Education includes a High School Diploma or GED with at least one year of experience in a healthcare

• Ability to relay calls accurately and quickly.
