Job description

Position Summary

Collier’s Reserve Country Club is seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Communications Manager to lead the Club’s marketing, communications, and digital content efforts.

This role is responsible for overseeing all member communications, digital platforms, and event promotion while ensuring brand consistency across the Club. The Communications Manager serves as the central hub for communication between departments, ensuring messaging is clear, timely, engaging, and reflective of the Club’s boutique, member-focused culture.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, enjoys collaboration, and has a strong ability to translate club programming and experiences into polished, compelling content. This position works closely with the Membership Department and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications
  • Oversee all club communications, including weekly emails, announcements, event promotions, and leadership messaging
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to increase member engagement and participation
  • Ensure consistent branding, tone, and accuracy across all platforms
  • Serve as the primary liaison between departments for communication needs
  • Write, edit, and proof all club communications and newsletter content
  • Coordinate messaging for club initiatives, updates, and seasonal programming
Digital Platforms & Website Management
  • Manage and maintain digital communication systems, including email platforms, website, and digital signage (REACH Media Network)
  • Maintain and update the Club’s calendar of events
  • Publish and update events, programs, menus, and announcements
  • Execute email communications through Northstar
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all digital platforms
  • Support ongoing improvements to website usability and member experience
Event Promotion & Campaigns
  • Develop and execute marketing plans for club events and programming
  • Design flyers, graphics, and promotional materials using Canva
  • Coordinate communication timelines and campaign schedules
  • Partner with all departments to support event marketing and drive participation
Content Creation & Brand Management
  • Create engaging written and visual content aligned with the Club’s brand
  • Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice
  • Capture and share club experiences through photography, video, and storytelling
  • Ensure all materials are polished and on‑brand
Member Engagement
  • Support a high-quality member experience through effective communication
  • Highlight club events, traditions, and community initiatives
  • Assist leadership in communicating key updates and initiatives
  • Continuously evaluate and improve communication effectiveness
Additional Responsibilities
  • Complete special projects and assignments as directed by the Membership Director
Qualifications

This role collaborates across departments including Golf, Food & Beverage, Racquets, Fitness & Wellness, Administration, and Membership. Occasional evenings and weekends are required to support events and related communications.
