Wimmer Solutions Corporation is seeking a Communication Manager to partner with U.S. Communications leadership and our agency. You will execute against a corporate communications strategy that strengthens our external profile and keeps employees connected to the business.

You will handle external and media relations, executive and employee communications, and support for congress and events programs, shaping narratives for multiple audiences across three business units.

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field.
• 5–7+ years in corporate/external/internal or executive communications.

Our client is looking for a Communication Manager who will work alongside U.S. Communications leadership and our corporate communications agency, you'll execute against a corporate communications strategy that strengthens our external profile, keeps employees connected to the business, and builds visibility around the scientific and clinical work happening across our three business units.

The work spans three connected areas: external and media relations, executive and employee communications, and communications support for our congress and events programs — where a significant amount of Galderma's scientific storytelling happens but where the narrative is not yet fully built out for either external or internal audiences.

• Execute proactive earned media, corporate announcements and reputation-building initiatives in partnership with our corporate communications agency.
• Develop press materials, corporate messaging and executive visibility plans, ensuring consistency across all external-facing content.
• Write leadership messages, organizational updates and executive content for both employee-facing and external settings.
• Lead planning and content development for U.S. Town Halls — narrative, presentation, speaker prep, Q&A and follow-up.
• Build executive-ready PowerPoint presentations that translate complex business and scientific information into clear, visually compelling narratives.
• Partner with the Congress and Events team to build awareness of their programs across external and internal audiences.
• Develop communications plans for key congresses and internal events, spanning media, executive visibility, social and employee storytelling.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing or a related field.
• 5-7+ years in corporate, external, internal or executive communications.
• Demonstrated experience developing executive and corporate content — leadership messages, Town Hall content, Q&As, media materials — with limited oversight.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation-development skills.
• Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail; able to simplify complex information without losing accuracy.
• Highly organized, with the project-management skills to run multiple priorities, stakeholder groups and review cycles against tight deadlines.
• Able to partner effectively with senior leaders, cross-functional stakeholders and agency partners in a matrixed environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, dermatology, medical aesthetics, consumer health or another regulated industry.
• Supporting senior executives across employee-facing and external settings.
• Working within a global organization and adapting enterprise messaging for U.S. audiences.

Must be able to work for a US based company without requiring visa sponsorship.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Hourly range is $30/hr - $33/hr based on shift, experience and qualifications, as well as geographical market and business considerations.
