Job summary

The role partners with business leadership to develop content, identify issues, and ensure alignment and accuracy of messaging. The position drives data-informed guidance, collaborates with legal, compliance, finance and risk teams, and oversees agency and internal partnerships to execute programs.

Job description

* Establishes the strategic direction for communications while providing leadership and guidance on key initiatives, content/channels, and the prioritization of work on the team.* Effectively partners with business leadership teams to develop communication strategies; plans, researches, and develops content for complex communications initiatives.* Identifies issues and opportunities, serves as trusted advisor to organization on all aspects of communication, and engages other parts of the organization to ensure strategic alignment, clarity, and accuracy of message.* Leverages data-driven insights to provide strategic guidance to business leadership, influencing outcomes and decisions to best support the business strategy. Ensures data collected is synthesized and leveraged effectively to provide appropriate insights.* Implements and oversees activities including coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners.
