Job summary

The candidate will maintain training documentation, develop lesson plans, and lead exercises in joint operational scenarios, with a Secret clearance and Navy/Coast Guard-style qualifications.

Qualifications

• Active state driver’s license required.
• Four (4) years of small boat/tactical maritime experience with proficiency in Maritime Navigation, Tactical Boat Operations, and related decision-making processes (BAMCIS).
• Qualified Navy Second Class Swimmer or equivalent.
• Line Coach (LC)/Range Safety Officer (RSO) qualifications.
• Record of PQS qualifications in CORIVFOR weapons and weapon systems.
• Must possess one of NEC 9502/805A Instructor, NEC 9518/A12A Professional Development Instructor, or completed Journeyman Instructor Training (JIT).
• Experience with military communication systems and CONOPS development.
• Strong understanding of signal plans, encryption, and radio procedures.
• Physically fit to perform maritime instruction in austere environments.
• Proficient in reading technical schematics and Microsoft Office.

• Qualified Navy Second Class Swimmer or equivalent
• Line Coach (LC)/Range Safety Officer (RSO) qualifications
