About the Role: As a key member of the Resources Business Group leadership team, you will lead a talented team responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that showcase HDR’s value in the Power, Industrial, and Waste markets. Your focus will be on enhancing HDR’s external brand reputation and internal engagement.

Who You Are: Entrepreneurial, curious, collaborative, and experienced in managing multiple projects under tight deadlines. You are comfortable engaging with senior leaders and diverse teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing strategic communication plans aligned with HDR’s brand and messaging.
• Managing daily communications and high-impact marketing campaigns.
• Overseeing efforts related to website, social media, awards, media relations, reports, and more.
• Supporting internal communications for executive leadership and company initiatives.
• Leading communication efforts for acquisitions and strategic projects.
• Managing messaging and content for internal events and corporate materials.
• Building relationships across the organization to support enterprise-wide communication goals.
• Leading and mentoring the communication team for professional growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or related field.
• Extensive experience partnering with senior executives and delivering broad communication strategies.
• Experience in the Architecture/Engineering industry is a plus.
• Proven success in developing and executing communication campaigns.
• Strong leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 15 years of experience, including management and strategic communication program oversight.
• Leadership experience in large, global organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
