Additional responsibilities may include drafting statements, press releases, op-eds, and speeches.

Ideal candidates will possess a network of media contacts, and are hardworking, proactive and detail-oriented communicators with a positive attitude who work well under deadlines. The position is based in the Senator's Washington D.C. office with occasional travel.
