Job summary

Linde plc seeks an energetic communications specialist to drive internal communications and support sitewide initiatives in New York. You will partner with leadership and HR to clarify people processes, streamline messaging, and manage intranet and digital signage content.

The role emphasizes collaboration, editorial excellence, and the ability to educate employees on business topics while maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proactive self-starter able to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong prioritization, problem solving, and under-pressure skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement internal communications to improve process effectiveness.
  • Support local site PR initiatives and communications implementation.
  • Develop and execute a sitewide communications plan for employee understanding.
  • Streamline content for clarity and conciseness for employees and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with leadership, HR and site teams on people processes.
  • Provide communications and event planning support to employee resource groups.
  • Support content management for intranet and digital signage.

Job description

  • You will planand implement internal communications to increase effectiveness ofbusiness and people processes
  • Supportlocal site community and public relations initiatives, includingimplementation and communication
  • Developand implement a sitewide communications plan, with the objective ofbuilding understanding and educating employees on topics of businessinterest. This process includes assessing existing communications methodsand developing improvement plans and strategies, as required
  • Further, you will supportdevelopment and creation of internal communication programs and materials.Streamline and simplify communications content to ensure information isconcise and easy to understand for employees and stakeholders
  • Collaboratewith leadership, HR and site teams to provide ongoing support to thebusiness on people related processes
  • Providecommunications and event planning support to employee-led resource groups.
  • And you will supportcontent management for intranet and digital signage
  • Learnand abide by the Linde Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct. Demonstratehonesty, integrity, and professionalism in all communications, actions anddecisions

Pay commensurate with experience. Open to salary range $63,375 - $92,950
