Feminist Majority Foundation seeks a Communications and Content Specialist to support Respect Together’s mission through survivor-centered content development, digital campaigns, and publication support. The role works with rape crisis centers and staff to strengthen public understanding of sexual violence prevention.

The position is on-site with a hybrid schedule, requiring 2 days in Harrisburg, PA per week, and involves collaboration across departments and communities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, digital media, or related field.
  • 2+ years in communications, content development, or public relations.
  • Nonprofit or advocacy communications experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, proofread, and format content for newsletters, webpages, reports, toolkits, and presentations.
  • Translate complex programs into clear, accessible content for diverse audiences.
  • Create and manage digital content for social media, email campaigns, and websites.
  • Support campaigns, press materials, and media outreach under the Communications Director.
  • Coordinate with PA rape crisis centers and maintain brand, accessibility, and privacy standards.
