The Foundation for Delaware County is seeking a Communications Manager to support and execute communications, marketing, and storytelling across the organization, strengthening the Foundation's visibility and brand. Working closely with the Vice President of Communications, the role designs marketing materials, manages digital and social media content, assists with email campaigns, and updates the website.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in communications, marketing, PR, or related field.
• Proven digital marketing and social media experience, incl. paid campaigns.
• Basic photography/video and photo editing skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Design experience with Canva or Adobe Suite.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule social media content; monitor performance and analytics.
• Manage e-newsletters; coordinate content, photos, and layout (Mailchimp).
• Assist with website updates and email campaigns.
• Support video strategy by filming and editing short-form content.
• Maintain the content library for presentations, reports, and digital materials.
