Job summary

Telaré Law in Richland, WA seeks a Creative Communications Coordinator to manage social media, produce engaging content, and support events and client programs. The role is in-person at our Richland office and requires strong writing, video skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced firm environment.

The ideal candidate will handle calendars, captions, basic brand-aligned content, and event logistics while maintaining organized digital assets and supporting website

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in communications, social media, events, or a related field.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience editing video for social media.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and execute the firm's social media calendar.
• Schedule and publish content across approved platforms.
• Write captions, post copy, and basic communications content aligned with branding.
• Monitor messages and comments and route appropriately.
• Track basic performance metrics and reporting.
• Record video content featuring attorneys and staff; edit short-form video for social media.
