Compensation ranges from $64,243.41 to $80,905.29 annually ($30.89 to $38.90 hourly), with pay steps and eligibility based on experience. The posting closes 2026-09-30 Pacific Time.

Compensation

Annual Pay Range: $64,243.41 - $80,905.29

Hourly Pay Range: $30.886254 - $38.896776

Salary offers will be made within the posted pay range and will be based on candidate's experience (paid or unpaid) that is directly relevant to the position.

• Step 1: $30.886254 | Step 2: $32.337910 | Step 3: $33.857792 | Step 4: $35.449110 | Step 5: $37.109154 | Step 6: $38.896776

• If you have less than 24 months of dispatch/call taking experience within the last five (5) years, you will start at Step 1 of the pay plan which is $30.886254 per hour / $64,243.41 annually;
• If you have more than 24 months of dispatch/call taking experience as a fully certified 9-1-1 Dispatcher/Call Taker within the last five (5) years, you will start at Step 2 of the pay plan which is $32.337910 per hour / $67,262.85 annually;
• If you have more than 24 months of dispatch/call taking experience as a fully certified 9-1-1 Dispatcher/Call Taker, using MAJCS CAD system within the last five (5) years, you will start at Step 3 of the pay plan which is $33.857792 per hour / $70,424.21 annually.
