Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Currently enrolled in a college/university program majoring in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools is desirable.
• Familiarity with CMS and updating website content is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Update and enhance the district website to be current and user-friendly.
• Design and create flyers and graphics for internal and external communications.
• Write and edit district communications, newsletters, announcements, and press releases.
• Manage content for the district's social media channels to engage with the community.
• Collaborate with team members on various communication projects and initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Communications Director.
