The Communications Advisor for the Georgia Democratic Party works with the Executive Director, Chair, party staff, and stakeholders to drive earned media coverage and communicate the party’s message. This position is responsible for overseeing the party’s overall communications and messaging strategy for the highly competitive and nationally watched 2026 gubernatorial race. This is an on-the-record role and will include overseeing internal and external communications, developing communications plans, executing events, and working with reporters.
