Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. is seeking a Field Communications Technician to support operation and maintenance of field communications equipment and systems.
The role covers Microwave Radio, VSAT, mobile radios, telephone systems, MAS-RF SCADA, WAN/LAN, power systems and radio tower facilities, ensuring compliance with specs, codes and procedures. The position requires high school diploma or GED and offers opportunities at varying experience levels in midstream operations.
This position performs duties and responsibilities related to the operation and maintenance of Field Communications equipment and systems. Specifically, it provides high-level detailed field technical support of Microwave Radio Systems, VSAT services, mobile radios services, telephone systems, MAS‑RF SCADA systems, WAN / LAN, power systems and radio tower facilities. The position maintains operational compliance within applicable specifications, codes, safety standards and operating procedures.
