ProMedica's Flower Hospital is seeking a Voice Operations Specialist for the night shift. The role serves as the main communications contact for the hospital and operates the phone system handling all external and internal calls.

You will dispatch officers, document security activities, and page emergency information, physicians, and codes. Surveillance monitoring and access control alarms are also part of the responsibilities.

Competenze

Job Summary:

As a Voice Operations Specialist, you will serve as the main communication contact for ProMedica hospitals.

In this role, you will operate the phone system and manage all outside phone calls and internal calls.

You will also dispatch officers and document security activities.

You will be responsible for paging emergency information, physicians, and codes. This role also manages surveillance monitoring and accessing control alarms.
