Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and proofread emails, announcements, newsletters, presentations, reports, internal communications, website content, and other materials.

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled, professional, and results-oriented Communication Specialist to develop, coordinate, and manage internal and external communications that support organizational objectives, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and promote consistent messaging across the organization.

The Communication Specialist will work closely with leadership, department heads, employees, clients, partners, and other stakeholders to develop clear and effective communications across digital, written, and virtual channels. The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing and editing abilities, strong interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.

This is a remote position requiring strong self-management, collaboration, organization, and proficiency with digital communication and collaboration platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Develop Communication Strategies
  • Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with organizational goals, initiatives, and business priorities.
  • Coordinate communication plans for internal programs, organizational changes, projects, and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure communication messages are clear, consistent, accurate, and aligned with organizational standards.
Create and Manage Content
  • Draft, edit, and proofread emails, announcements, newsletters, presentations, reports, internal communications, website content, and other materials.
  • Develop communication materials for employees, clients, partners, leadership, and external audiences.
  • Adapt messaging and tone to meet the needs of different audiences and communication channels.

Internal Communications
  • Support internal communications related to company initiatives, policies, organizational updates, employee programs, and business developments.

External Communications

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated annual compensation range for this position is $85,000–$115,000, commensurate with experience, qualifications, skills, and overall fit for the role.

Work Environment

This is a fully remote position. The Communication Specialist will work from an approved remote location and is expected to maintain a professional, productive, and secure home-office environment.
