Kinetico Incorporated is seeking a Communications & Events Manager to lead regional communications and event strategy for North America. You will plan tradeshows, dealer meetings, and incentive trips, coordinating venue selection, negotiations, logistics and budgets.

Content creation for newsletters and announcements supports brand, with collaboration across marketing, design, and sales to produce collateral.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in communications and event management.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage communication strategies for the NA dealer network, ensuring consistent messaging and brand compliance.
• Lead planning and execution of regional tradeshows, dealer meetings, and incentive trips, including venue selection, contract negotiations, logistics, and budget management.
• Create and distribute content for newsletters, announcements, and event-related communications.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to produce promotional materials and event collateral.
