Job summary

Archer is seeking a Common Cloud Environment (C2E) Support Lead to join our team supporting an ITES task order. This role focuses on leading cloud-focused project teams across AWS and Azure environments, with responsibilities spanning governance, SLAs, and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate has experience in federal environments and a PMP or equivalent program management background, ready to drive complex cloud initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams at Radford, VA.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of a multidisciplinary team including Cloud Architects, System Administrators, System Engineers, and Technical Project Managers.
• Manage the implementation, administration, and support of customer projects within AWS and Azure cloud environments under the C2E initiative.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Services Management Division and C2E customers on operational matters.
• Review and approve Service Level Agreements (SLAs), addendums, and cost estimates for cloud-based customer projects.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by fostering strong relationships and maintaining professional communications with clients and stakeholders.
• Offer technical and professional guidance aligned with the team’s respective roles and areas of expertise.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure timely and successful execution of multiple large-scale projects.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

We are seeking a Common Cloud Environment (C2E) Support Lead to join our team supporting an ITES task order.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related technical or scientific discipline.
• Proven ability to manage and lead cloud-focused project teams in complex IT environments.
• Experience managing multiple large-scale cloud or IT infrastructure projects.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with demonstrated client-facing experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or DAWIA Level III in Program Management.

Clearance

• Secret - IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive Clearance or Tier 3 (T3) investigation.

WAGE INFORMATION

Target salary range: $160,000 - $210,000. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
