Job Overview

As a Common Area Attendant, you will maintain a clean, welcoming environment for guests, ensuring their relaxation and comfort in both indoor and outdoor resort amenities.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform housekeeping duties throughout the resort to ensure cleanliness and presentation.
  2. Dust, polish, and clean furniture, fixtures, floors, windows, and walls.
  3. Sweep, mop, vacuum carpets, and restock restrooms and locker rooms with necessary supplies.
  4. Remove trash, debris, and transport materials for disposal or recycling.
  5. Protect property by observing precautions, reporting damages, thefts, and found items.
  6. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns to maintain positive relationships.
Qualifications
  • Ability to read and understand routine instructions and memos in English.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
