Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Commodity Sourcing Manager to own strategic sourcing for direct materials in a fast-moving technology environment. This remote role focuses on developing multi-year strategies and negotiating long-term supplier agreements with a global supplier network.

The ideal candidate will drive cost reductions, partner with stakeholders, and manage end-to-end sourcing processes in a dynamic setting, delivering measurable value for enterprise technology operations.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in supply chain management with a focus on commodity strategies.
• Proven track record negotiating complex, multi-year supply agreements globally.
• Experience leading end-to-end RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes, including e-auction events.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to track supplier performance using scorecards.
• Familiarity with ERP and procurement platforms such as SAP or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop multi-year commodity strategies for direct material categories.
• Lead RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes including supplier qualification through assessments.
• Negotiate and execute Master Supply Agreements and pricing amendments with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Run Quarterly Business Reviews and maintain supplier scorecards to track performance.
• Achieve annual cost reduction targets through value engineering and supplier consolidation.

For our client, we are seeking a Commodity Sourcing Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will own strategic sourcing for direct materials, with a strong focus on commodity strategies that support complex supply chain operations in a fast-moving technology environment. The ideal candidate will partner closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive sourcing discipline, improve supplier performance, and deliver measurable cost savings. This position requires a hands-on operator who can manage end-to-end sourcing processes while negotiating multi-year agreements and supporting business continuity.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own and develop multi-year commodity strategies for direct material categories
• Lead RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes, including supplier qualification through structured assessments
• Negotiate and execute Master Supply Agreements and pricing amendments with internal stakeholders and suppliers
