Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is offering an Internship Program in New York focused on coffee and cocoa grading operations.

You will test the Coffee Inventory and Processing application (SDP), support project management for the SDP launch, and gain practical experience in Global Markets. You will interact with clients, troubleshoot issues, and participate in weekly leadership sessions to deepen your understanding of financial services and related industries.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited university and be at least advancing to their junior year of study.
• Strong client relationship and analytical skills.
• Creative problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation of coffee and cocoa grading requests and gain an understanding of their importance to Global Markets.
• Support project management efforts as the team prepares to launch the new Coffee Inventory and Processing application (SDP).
• Test various attributes of the new coffee platform for inventory management (SDP).
• Assist with client interaction and troubleshooting client issues.
• Perform additional duties and contribute to projects as assigned.
